  79.        to Fugue Software, 1988, 1994, and are protected by Australian
  80.        and international copyright law. In the rest of this document,
  81.        this collection of programs is referred to simply as "Backup
  82.        Fugue". You are granted a license to use your copy of
  83.        Backup Fugue only under the terms and conditions specified in
  84.        this license agreement.

  86.        (2) Use of One Copy on Two Computers: If you have a copy of
  87.        Backup Fugue which is licensed for use on a single computer, you
  88.        may install it on two computers used at two different locations
  89.        (for example, at work and at home), provided there is no

  91.        time, and provided that you yourself have purchased Backup Fugue,
  92.        or if Backup Fugue was purchased by your employer, that you have
  93.        your employer's explicit permission to install Backup Fugue on two
  94.        systems as described in this paragraph. The right to install
  95.        one copy of Backup Fugue on two computers is limited to copies
  96.        originally licensed for use on a single computer, and may not

  100.        (3) Use of Backup Fugue on Networks or Multiple Systems: You may
  101.        install your registered copy of Backup Fugue on a computer
  102.        attached to a network, or remove it from one computer and
  103.        install it on a different one, provided there is no possibility

  105.        for. A "user" is defined as one keyboard which is connected to
  106.        a computer on which Backup Fugue is installed, regardless of
  107.        whether or not the user of the keyboard is aware of the
  108.        installation or use of Backup Fugue in the system.

  111.        normal backup purposes, and you may give copies of the

  115.        all of the files distributed with it, including this one. You
  116.        may not give copies of the registered version to any other

  122.        Backup Fugue as part of their shareware offerings provided they

  125.        the entire Backup Fugue package. They may add files to it, but
  126.        under no circumstances may they remove files. They must also
  127.        inform buyers of their obligation to register the program if
  128.        they continue to use it after a reasonable evaluation period.
  129.        NON ASP vendors must also not charge more than a reasonable
  130.        copying fee for the disks (around $US3 per 360k disk, and no
  131.        more than $US8 for 1.4M disks). Individual copies of the
  132.        shareware version may be passed to friends and associates for
  133.        their individual use provided the entire package is passed on,
  134.        and the recipient is made aware of their obligation to
  135.        register. This same applies to hardware vendors who bundle
